5.1 Accurate Item Condition & Disclosure

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding the condition of any item you submit to Flippster, including but not limited to: functional issues, cosmetic damage, missing components, prior repairs, or any other defects that could reasonably affect the item's value or saleability.

Failure to disclose known defects or material condition issues at the time of submission constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

If an item is found to materially differ from the condition described by you — including undisclosed damage, malfunction, or misrepresentation — Flippster reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Reject the item from sale
• Reverse or withhold payment
• Require reimbursement for any refunds, losses, fees, or costs incurred
• Deduct such amounts from future payouts
• Suspend or terminate your account for repeated violations

You acknowledge that Flippster relies on your representations when pricing, listing, and selling items, and you agree that Flippster shall not be responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete condition disclosures.

6. Payment Terms

Flippster will pay you for items sold according to the agreed-upon terms at the time of service engagement. Payment methods, timing, and any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you agree to use our services.

You acknowledge that Flippster may deduct service fees, commission, or other charges as outlined in our pricing structure from the final sale amount of your items.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flippster and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Flippster.

By submitting items for sale through our Service, you grant us the right to photograph, list, and market these items on various platforms to facilitate their sale.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flippster, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
